Private Label Services
Using our manufacturing and supply chain infrastructure in India, we can provide private label services to companies large and small. We start with an assessment of your company's goals and objectives and we work to understand your approach to your product design, marketing and manufacturing needs. We can make just about any product from organic cotton using naturally dyed knits, wovens or even yarn dyed fabrics.
We have offices in the US and India so that we can provide you with seamless service and communication during the course of your production. Our professional staff in India are trained fashion technologists, with over 10 years of production management and merchandising experience with some of the largest fashion and apparel brands in the world. Our production facilities are certified organic (or in transition - we'll tell you which one we are using), and we can provide your company with the ability to use the new GOTS logo on your product.

Timeline
It is important that our clients have a clear understanding of the sampling and production process and how long to expect each step to take. Each project will typically take 8-10 months from concept to delivery, depending on the complexity and breadth of the product line. Here is an overview of the typical steps in the process (timing will vary with each project):

Pricing
Due to our use of 100% natural dyes and organic cotton, our costing will tend to be about 15-25% more than chemically (low-impact) dyed organic products, depending on the fabric. And since each design will vary in fabric consumption, trims and accessories, the only way for us to quote prices is to make a first sample of your item.
Our pricing is always inclusive of fabric, trims, accessories, labels, packaging and labor. Upon request we will provide a break-out cost of each item so that the client can get a complete understanding of where costs are coming from.
In addition to the cost of each item, we charge a 10% fee for our merchandising and production management services. This fee will be shown as a line item in the costing provided to you at the time of first sample.
Minimums
Minimum orders are typically dependant on the minimum production of fabrics. Our minimums are quite low for our stock fabrics, but will be 1000 meters custom order fabrics. We naturally dye in minimum 200 meter lots for each color/fabric combination. Depending on consumption, minimum orders are typically 200 pieces per style and 500 pieces for each fabric (could be split amongst different styles). Our minimum total production is 1000 pieces.
Terms
All clients are required to pay for any courier charges to or from India for samples. Clients are required to provide their account number for their preferred carrier for all outbound shipments from India.
First samples are produced at no charge to the client. We typically make first samples from left over, available fabric and trims. The first sample is meant to confirm the pattern, fit, and construction details required for each item.
Sales samples are invoiced at 2.5x the production cost of the item. This additional charge is required to offset the higher cost of purchasing small amounts of fabric and trims to your specifications, and to pay for our best tailors to make the samples. These samples are made using all final production colors, fabrics, trims and accessories and should represent your final product to perfection.
We require a 50% deposit at the time orders are placed (for both Sampling and Production orders) and then require the remaining 50% paid at the time of shipment. At this time we do not offer any factory financing terms.
We can provide pricing EXW (Ex Works), which will require the client to arrange shipping and be responsible for all duties and other import fees. We can also provide LDP (Landed, Duty Paid) pricing to clients to any major US or Canadian port of entry. All of our pricing is provided in US dollars.
