We value our customers and respect their privacy. We collect customer information in an effort to improve the shopping experience and to communicate with our customers about our products, services, contests and promotions. When customers place an order or make a purchase from Tenfold Organic Textiles, we use personal information to process the order, send e-mails to confirm the order or to contact the customer via phone, postal mail or e-mail if we have questions regarding the order or purchase. Our customers always have the choice not to receive marketing information or calls.

We do not sell, trade, or rent our customer's email or phone number to anyone. We use outside shipping companies to ship orders (FedEx, APX, USPS, or UPS), and a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. These companies may receive personally identifiable information to help us process orders.  These companies will not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.
